- Your first retest is at month four, which is the earliest point a gut ecosystem has measurably shifted. After that it settles into every six months, because change past the first cycle is slower and a shorter gap would not tell you anything new. Every retest kit is included.
- Do I need to retest?
- You do not have to, but it is what makes the subscription worth having, so it arrives switched on. Turn it off and your formula stays built from your first reading.
